Arrival by car or bicycle

Travel by car or bicycle

The medieval town centre of Cochem is a pedestrian zone during the day. For our guests, however, the shortest and easiest route through is officially approved:
You drive along the Moselle promenade (B49) to house no. 16a. There you will find the gift and tea shop “Belmondo”. Here you drive into Zollstraße (Permission of passage for cars and motorbikes). After a few metres you will cross Herrenstraße and Schloßstraße (ascending) begins. Follow this until you reach the entrance to Villa Tummelchen on the right after about 150 metres. We recommend that you reverse your car up our driveway

The parking spaces are above our house and are secured with bollards. You will receive the key for the bollards with your room key. We will explain directions to the parking spaces and the short walk back to our house when we welcome you.

If, contrary to expectations, you do not find the access road to our hotel, please call us at the telephone number(02671-910520)We will gladly guide you from the Moselpromenade by phone to us at Schloßstraße 22.

Guests with bicycles are welcome to safely park and lock them in the garage (free of charge).

Tried and tested tip: Tried and tested tip: We especially and expressly advise bikers to approach our house “from above”

It is easier for motorcyclists to enter our yard if they come from “above”.
Drive into Zollstraße – extension into Schloßstraße, following the course of the road past Villa Tummelchen until you reach the terrace café Schloßbergcafe.
Here you have a good turning point and can drive down Schloßstraße from the top to the courtyard entrance of Villa Tummelchen.
